These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ce7777 ("ce7777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ce7777 website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between ce7777 and players, including support interactions, dispute correspondence, and account notifications, are conducted in English.

To register and maintain an account on the ce7777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ce7777 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We may request identity documents at any stage to verify your age, and we reserve the right to suspend or close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, as a private individual acting for personal recreational purposes and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ce7777 or from any other gambling platform under an active exclusion period.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such participation is lawful where you reside. ce7777 makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction.

Each player may register and hold only one (1) account on the ce7777 Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ce7777 reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number in Bangladesh. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. ce7777 bears no responsibility for account access issues, missed notifications, or withdrawal delays caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility unless you have formally notified ce7777 in writing of unauthorised access and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.

ce7777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladesh bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit methods available to you may vary based on your account verification status and geographic location within Bangladesh.

All deposits are credited to your ce7777 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ce7777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ce7777 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable).
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control. ce7777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are subject to the payment provider's own clearing timelines.
• ce7777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending satisfactory review of such documentation.

Players must not use the ce7777 Platform as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gambling activity. Any deposits immediately followed by a withdrawal request without meaningful play may be subject to investigation and may result in a charge for payment processing costs incurred by ce7777.

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and this Agreement, the specific bonus term prevails with respect to that offer only.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ce7777 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's dedicated terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino tables and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed, the revised odds apply, and you will be prompted to accept them before the bet is confirmed.

• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• All cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, are subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). Bets settled before an official result is confirmed may be revised if the official result differs.

ce7777 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ce7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if ce7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ce7777's aggregate liability to any player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ce7777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may be conducted with or without prior notice.

Your use of the ce7777 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ce7777 implements industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect your personal data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ce7777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice. Where amendments to this Agreement materially affect player rights, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice via the email address registered to your account before the changes take effect.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deducting outstanding obligations will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure if wagering requirements have not been met.

ce7777 may terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach any material term of this Agreement, provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct as defined herein, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ce7777 shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. All disputes regarding the settlement of a specific bet must be raised within 7 days of the bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

The failure of ce7777 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or game terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ce7777 and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to your use of the Platform.
